Whispering Pines is where you disappear into 12 acres of private forest and forget the rest of the world exists. This 5,000 square foot estate sleeps 16 people across five bedrooms, a study, playroom and treehouse, each with its own TV and streaming setup powered by Starlink internet. No fighting over the remote here. Everyone gets their own screen time. Cancellation policy

To balance flexibility for Guests with the operational costs of maintaining the Property, the following cancellation terms apply: - Full Refund: If Guest cancels 30 days or more before the scheduled check-in date, all amounts paid are refunded in full, less a $150 administrative fee. - Partial Refund: If Guest cancels 8-30 days before check-in, 50% of total rent will be refunded. - No Refund: If Guest cancels 7 days or fewer before check-in, no refund will be issued. - Early Departure / No-Show: No refunds for unused nights or early departures. - Force Majeure: If travel becomes impossible due to government restrictions, wildfires, or other declared emergencies, Owner may offer to reschedule the stay or issue a partial refund at its sole discretion. - Written Notice Required: Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email acceptable) to the address specified in Section 10.
